Prime Renovations is a family-owned and operated business, founded in 2010 by Chuck Steimer and his grandson, Troy Wilson. The business started small with the goal to provide high-quality home remodeling in Knoxville by combining decades of experience with outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. In 2015, Troy’s wife Rachel joined the business and today, she and Troy continue to manage Prime Renovations with a focus on the same core values and priorities established at its founding. Prime Renovations has grown over the years and added talented team members who share the same passion and dedication to the remodeling business.
We pride ourselves on doing things right and doing what we say we will do for the price we promised. Our team gives each project the full attention and care it requires from handling selection details to checking the final item off the punch-list. We strive to complete each project according to plan and if there are snags in the schedule or scope, we communicate with homeowners quickly and honestly and will always do whatever is necessary to make it right!
Prime Renovations has been voted Best Remodeling Contractor in Knoxville by Cityview Magazine readers several times and we are proud members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals which aligns with our company values.
